What is HUDL?
The base Hudl subscription provides a video library that stores uploaded video with powerful, easy-to-use reviewing and sharing tools. Users can upload video, create clips with comments, notes and drawings, and share them with groups or individuals for feedback to drive growth and improve performance. That video can also be used to create team and player highlights, and athletes can create and curate individual recruiting profiles and connect directly with college coaches to earn next-level opportunities.
Our Hudl packages include Hudl Assist subscriptions for every team. That’s unlimited access to our analysts, who stat your games in less than 24 hours, and includes interactive reports that tie every data point to video.
How do I sign up for HUDL?
Your coach or school needs to purchase Hudl and add you to the team roster. If your team is on Hudl, ask a team manager to send you an invite code. If you already have a Hudl account you can log in here or download the Hudl app.
Can it help with Collegiate Recruiting?
Highlight reels from Hudl help capture recruiters attention, but when players opt in to recruiting, recruiters can then see extra information that will help them evaluate a player’s potential. And with Hudl’s college search and contact tools, athletes are empowered to manage their own recruiting journey—including contacting coaches directly.

Many athletes want to show support for fellow competitors. To get updates on other athletes you’ll need to search for their profile from the homepage, then click “follow” on their profile. Once you’re following their page, you’ll see any new highlights or posts they share on Hudl.

No, HUDL accounts are only given out to active/current C2 Athletes under the Crown and King Levels ONLY in that Scheduled Year.
But we are pushing towards inclusion of all teams under our program SOON!
Each team has a unique Hudl profile which are hubs for finding upcoming games, watching event livestreams and finding highlights. You can search for a school’s profile at fan.hudl.com or on the Hudl Fan app.
Every Hudl athlete has a unique player profile that contains highlight reels. You can find player profiles using the Hudl Fan app, or the athlete can share their profile link with you directly. You can also search for a specific player on hudl.com/explore.
Coaches and administrators upload your game or practice video, then you can use that film to create highlights. Be sure to opt-in to your recruiting profile to make those highlight reels discoverable by college coaches or recruiters. Then, any reels that you create on the Hudl app will populate on your page.
