Bryan began his career as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in 2013. As an accredited NSCA-CPT, USAW Sports Performance Coach, NFHS Certified S&C Coach, he has enjoyed working for multiple local facilities, High Schools as well having been the lead S&C at San Gabriel Elite in the past. Bryan preaches the significance of technique among injury prevention while advising the importance of developing healthy habits that can be continued outside of sports. Specializing in sport specific Group Training as well as 1-on-1, Bryan has collectively trained numerous athletes that have gone on to play at the collegiate level at their respective sport.
Your Strength, Speed, Agility, and Fight are always determined by your physical capabilities and mental discipline which can be better focused on through Weight Room, Cardio, and Training.
Just like a golf swing, hitting in a cage, or shooting free throws, it is essential for athletes to continually work on both their physical & mental skills in the off-season. In addition to being our main focus, adding Strength & Conditioning will bring a new avenue of learning and will treat the very specific movements for each sport.
